Who is interested in young artists with new, innovative approaches, has to visit the cubus kunsthalle in Duisburg. Both international diversity and quality and the inclusion of rather less popular artists are decisive for the young museum.
Located in the Kantpark, the heart of the city, the cubus offers collections with contemporary art as well as concerts, dance and cabaret events and also readings known under the name of “cubus culture club”. Due to this ambitious and diverse cultural program, the cubus kunsthalle is famous beyond the boundaries of the Ruhr area.
Another important aspect for this institution is the work with children and youths. Once a year the responsible persons arrange an interactive exhibition where cultural knowledge is imparted lively and playful.
